Scope of acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereafter the “TCU”) set out the conditions of use for the website « Hermès Watches & Wonders Geneva 2024 mini-site » (hereafter the “Site”) operated by La Montre Hermès (hereafter “LMH”, “We”, ”Hermès Horloger”) and only accessible by scanning the QRcode provided.

This Site is reserved for natural persons acting on their own behalf, for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes, with no direct or indirect remuneration, hereafter referred to as “User(s)” (or “you”, “your”, “yours”).

Users agree to compensate LMH for any losses, damage, legal action or expenditure resulting from their failure to abide by these TCU.

You recognise and accept this jurisdiction, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in consumer protection legislation and competition law which bring disputes within the remit of a different court.
